• The fully equipped kitchen features an island, standard appliances including a refrigerator and stove, and everything needed for a comfortable stay

• Separate dining room inside a screened in porch with seating for 6, ideal for gathering with family and friends

• The main floor living room offers three couches arranged in a U-shape, a wall-mounted TV, and a propane fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space to relax

• A second living area features an L-shaped sectional with a large ottoman and offers scenic views overlooking The Academy Course.

• Outdoor deck includes patio furniture, a BBQ, and views of the Academy Course

• Laundry room includes a stackable washer and dryer, along with a utility sink for added convenience

• The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, features a king bed, wall-mounted TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large stand-up shower, double vanity, and toilet

• The second bedroom, located on the upper level, offers a king bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The third bedroom, located on the upper level, features a king bed and wall-mounted flat-screen TV

• The fourth bedroom, located on the upper level, includes a queen bed
